All rentals are subject to cleaning fee is $125
Refundable damage deposit of $650. Damage deposit is returned within 7 days of your departure. Please care for our home as if it were yours.
50% deposit and our rental agreement signed to secure booking. Balance of payment is due 60 days in advance of booking.
Cancellations: 100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date. 50%
refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date. You must contact the owner directly to
request cancellation.
CHECK-IN is 4PM CHECK-OUT is 10am
Settler’s Crossing is a quiet property with noise bylaws. Quiet time is 11pm-7pm. Guests are advised to review the copy of Sun Peaks Resort Noise Bylaw located in the suite. Please respect our home and our neighbour’s quiet enjoyment. *****This rental property is not suitable for partygoers*****.
We have a hot tub maintenance company that will access the premises daily, for a few minutes, for the purpose of testing and maintaining the water quality.
