Q: Where are you located?
A: The condo is in a complex called “Settler’s Crossing” an approximately 10-minute walk to the main village center of Sun Peaks.
Q: Is your suite Ski-in Ski out?
A: Settler’s Crossing is a ski-in Ski-out complex. The complex abuts the 16th fairway, which provides ski-out access to the Morrisey Expressnd Orient Chairs
Q: Do you have a hot tub and if so, do we need to do anything to maintain it?
A: Yes there we have a hot tub on the balcony. We have a firm that comes in regularly to ensure the hot tub is correctly maintained, so you don’t have to.
Q: How will I get in?
A: Approximately 2 days before your stay, we will email you the location of the condo along with the codes for both the front door to the suite and the parkade. Please print this important information and have for check-in.
Q: Tell Me about your Parking Arrangement:
A : There is 1 reserved parking spot for our unit in the secure underground garage. There is additional visitors parking in the underground. The clearance height for the underground parking is 7’6″. There is a small amount of over-sized vehicle parking available at the complex.
We will provide access instructions and stall number before your stay.
Q: How many guests do you allow?
A: The condo is ideally suited for up to 5 guests. There is bedding for 2 in the master bedroom and 3 in the second bedroom. There is bedding for 2 on the pull-out couch; however, additional guests beyond 5 is by owner approval and subject to an extra charge.
Q: Do you allow small children?
A: Absolutely. We adore well-behaved kids!
Q: Do you allow pets?
A: Unfortunately, no.
Q : What supplies are provided in the kitchen?
A : There is a vast assortment of cooking utensils, dishes, pots and pans, slow-cooker, coffee maker, coffee grinder, dish soap, dishwasher soap, and some spices.
